DataX is committed to the integrity of all information and maintains strict policies to ensure Fair Credit Reporting Act compliance. To meet these standards, DataX routinely performs internal IT security reviews of applications, systems and IT infrastructure. DataX adheres to PCI standards and all data is stored in a SAS70 compliant data center.

DataX also houses consumer data in multiple N+1 data centers. Seven individual telecommunication companies provide our network bandwidth. These include Tier 1 service providers traversing multiple fiber rings using diverse access into our facility. DataX also uses 24/7 network and facilities monitoring to ensure maximum data protection.

All servers are dedicated to fully encrypted consumer data stored behind dedicated, redundant firewalls. This architecture ensures data security and real-time high performance access for our customers.

DataX maintains strict control of all data and the entire work environment. Physical security, for example, requires scrambled keypad entry with a unique four digit code for each employee. Contractors and visitors must wear badges, while visitors must be escorted on premises at all times.
